How it Works?

After enrolling and filling out a questionnaire, you will receive a text from me, so you have my contact information and for us to schedule our consultation. In the consultation, you will be shown how to create your profile on an app for you to access the workouts, update your nutrition and more. 

You will get three full body workouts and one core/cardio workout for the month. 

Your first month of workouts will be assigned to you through the app. Every week, I will go in and personally review your progress and provide modifications to continue to tailor the program. 

Your subscription is recurring payments, to keep you accountable, but with only a 30 day notice you can cancel at any time. 

Knowing that everyone's schedule, challenges and goals are different, there can't be a generic "one program fit's all" approach that saturates the fitness industry - leaving women discouraged after not seeing their results. 
 

I meet with my clients one-on-one prior to the program starting, so I can learn exactly what program will help them reach their goal. From there, my clients receive weekly support on their questions and challenges, modifications to their workouts and diet and any additional support needed to succeed.
 

The full body workouts are tailored toward the equipment that you have access to (gym or at home) and scheduled monthly with video tutorials.
